This Zone Issues Class B Five-year Foreigner Work Permit
Recently, at the "one thing" window of the district government service center for foreigners to come to China, Jiangsu doutian Auto Parts Co., Ltd. successfully applied for a five-year work permit for Korean employees hired by the company, which is also the first class B five-year foreigner work permit issued by the city.
近日，在区政务服务中心外国人来华“一件事”窗口，江苏斗天汽车配件有限公司成功为公司聘请的韩籍员工申领到五年期工作许可，这也是全市发出的首张B类五年期外国人来华工作许可。In the past, Korean employees had to apply for work permits every year or two. Now after applying for work permits in China twice in a row, they can directly apply for five-year work permits for the third time, which creates favorable conditions for their long-term development in our district.
以前韩籍员工每一年或两年就要办理一次工作许可，现在连续两次申请在华工作许可后，第三次就可以直接申请五年工作许可，这为他们在我区长久发展创造了有利条件。With the continuous promotion of the construction of China South Korea (Yancheng) Industrial Park, the introduction of overseas intelligence and talents in our region has shown a strong momentum. 随着中韩（盐城）产业园建设的不断推进，我区引进海外智力和人才工作呈现出强劲势头。为鼓励、支持、便利外籍人才来区创新创业、投资兴业，我区深入贯彻落实《关于支持中韩（盐城）产业园引进外国人才的若干政策》，主动学习先进地区经验做法，探索实践外国人来华工作及居留许可期限的最大化。Foreigners who have handled work permits and work residence permits for two or more consecutive times and have no violations of laws and regulations can apply for work permits and work residence permits with a maximum validity of 5 years. From the original "one visa every year" and "one visa every two years" to "one visa every five years", foreigners working in our district can enjoy a more stable residence expectation, and effectively improve the convenience of foreigners coming to the district to innovate, start businesses, work and live.
对已连续两次及两次以上办理工作许可和工作类居留许可且无违法违规行为的外国人，可申办有效期最长5年期的工作许可和工作类居留许可。由原来的“一年一签”“两年一签”转为“五年一签”，让在我区工作的外国人享受更为稳定的居留预期，有效提升外籍人员来区创新创业、工作生活的便利度。In the next step, our district will continue to further promote the reform of "deregulation and service", actively explore the practice of foreigners' work permit innovation system, provide more thoughtful and convenient services for foreign talents, and create a more attractive international, legal and convenient environment for talent introduction and utilization.
